Ponzi Vineyards is a family-owned and operated winery that has been producing award-winning wines for over 25 years. Established in 1970 by Dick and Nancy Ponzi, the estate boasts 130 acres of LIVE Certified Sustainable vineyards that grow a range of varietals with a special focus on American Pinot noir. The winery has become one of Oregon’s legendary producers and features a stylish wine tasting room with a comfortable lounge and fireplace, a covered terrace with panoramic views over the estate and bocce ball courts. Tualatin River National Wildlife Refuge


The Tualatin River National Wildlife Refuge is a 1,856-acre sanctuary boasting a diverse range of habitats that are home to an abundant array of fauna and flora. Situated on the floodplain of the Tualatin River, just ten miles from Portland, the refuge is home to a myriad of birds and wildlife, including over 200 species of birds, mammals, reptiles, amphibians, and plenty of insects, fish, and plants. A year-round 3.1-mile nature trail winds around the refuge with interpretive signage along the way and several seasonal trails are open between May and September. Other amenities in the refuge include an interpretive center, wildlife overlooks, a photography blind, and a nature store.

Magness Memorial Tree Farm


The Magness Memorial Tree Farm is an 80-acre privately-owned property operated by the World Forestry Center that is home to well-maintained woodlands, meadows, streams, and forests, several miles of well-marked hiking trails, sheltered picnic areas for the public to enjoy. The farm was established in 1977 as a demonstration site to showcase forest management and silviculture to local woodland owners after the land was donated by residents, and has since been maintained through grants, donations, and gifts. Access to the site is limited and the Magness Memorial Tree Farm is open on Sundays.

Blakeslee Vineyard Estate


Blakeslee Vineyard Estate is a family-run winery that produces an award-winning array of wines, including estate-grown Pinot Noir, White Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Rosè of Pinot Noir. Formerly known as Quail Hill Vineyard, the estate produced Christmas trees and filberts in the 70s and 80s before being converted into a vineyard for Pinot Noir in the late 1990s. Since then, the estate has grown into one of the leading wineries in the region, producing elegant, award-winning wines from their estate vineyard grapes. The estate has a contemporary tasting room offering a full line-up of wines to sample and has manicured grassy areas for picnicking against a backdrop of spectacular scenic panoramas.

Alloro Vineyard is a 34-acre family-owned winery in the world-renowned wine-growing region in the Chehalem Mountains AVA. Rallison Cellars


Rallison Cellars is a boutique winery with a tasting room in charming downtown Sherwood that produces a diverse selection of wines from several different vineyards in the Applegate Valley, Columbia Valley, and the Willamette Valley. Owned and managed by winemaker Jared Rallison, Rallison Cellars began producing wine at his residential property on Parrett Mountain, including varietals such as Albariño, Sauvignon Blanc, Malbec, Tempranillo, Viognier, and Zinfandel. Rallison Cellars produces around 2, 000 cases per year and can be sampled and bought in the modern tasting room just a few miles away in the heart of Sherwood. The public tasting room is open for tastings by appointment only.

Located in the Willamette Valley, Et Fille Wines is a small estate vineyard that produces small batches of handcrafted wines at a shared Dundee winery. The winery also produces wines from six other sustainably farmed vineyards in the valley across a range of varietals, including Pinot Noir, Viognier, and Rosé. The estate offers current release tastings featuring five to six of the estate’s current wines, and tailored tastings that offer wine-lovers samplings of single vineyard releases and limited release vintages. For more than 20 years the Sherwood Ice Arena has been providing a treasured local recreation facility where skaters of all ages are welcome to come and enjoy some time on the ice. Besides offering public skating for enthusiasts of all ages and abilities, the arena hosts a very busy adult ice hockey program with 60 teams competing in 9 divisions. For those who still need to find their ice legs the arena offers a variety of lessons for all ages. There is also a Figure Skating Club where you can learn and practice your sequences and take part in competitions.

Langer’s Entertainment Center


Located on a centuries-old family farm, Langer’s Entertainment Center endeavors to provide the Sherwood community with a wonderful indoor family recreation center. The fun starts in the Bowling Alley which provides fun family bowling for just about all ages – kids and beginners can make use of the automatic bumpers. After your game of bowling you may like to move on to the popular Rock Climbing Wall which is also suitable for climbers of all ages, who will be fitted with harnesses to keep them safe.
