Harbour View is a wedding and event venue located on the banks of the Occaquan River in the town of Woodbridge. The property offers a huge amount of versatile event space with more than 12,000 square feet available to you. Seven Springs
Seven Springs is a historic farm that is still operational today as both a farm and a stunning event venue. It is located near the city of Richmond and charming Historic Williamsburg. The property has been privately owned since the home was first built in 1725. The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation oversaw the restoration of the nearly 300 year old property so you can trust that the charming historic features remain accurately intact. The Renaissance
The Renaissance is an urban wedding venue located right in the center of Richmond’s swanky and bustling Arts District. The building dates to 1887 and was used as a Masonic Temple for many years. The wedding business started as a catering business who was looking for a permanent venue to serve food from. They were attracted to the Renaissance because it offers one of the largest Victorian-style ballrooms in the city. The grand, Roosevelt Ballroom is an impressive sight with tall ceilings, beautiful chandeliers and windows that reach from the floor to ceiling all around. Montalto
Montalto is a unique and exclusive event venue located on a mountain above President Jefferson’s famous Monticello estate. The property is home to the Robert H. The venue has a barn, a tent and four acres of farm grounds available for your use. Rixey Manor
Rixey Manor is a beautiful, antebellum inn and event venue in the town of Rixeyville. The inn occupies the space of a private estate home that was built in 1801. It has been beautifully renovated but still retains many of the original features such as the hardwood floors, beautiful staircase and Juliette balcony.
