Reef Rooms are located along the lower boardwalk just steps away from the ocean and boast spectacular views of Eustatia Sound’s sparkling waters and the outlying island beyond. Reef Rooms feature custom designed teak furniture, twin or king-size beds in luxury linens, ceiling fans and air-conditioning, spacious en-suite bathrooms with showers, double vanities, and branded bath products, and wrap-around verandahs with steamer chairs and double hammocks. Horizon Rooms are dotted along the upper boardwalk and enjoy panoramic views of Eustatia Sound and Anegada on the horizon. Garden rooms are tucked comfortably into the lush tropical vegetation along Eustatia Sound’s shore and surrounded by beautiful bougainvillea and frangipani. Dining
The Bitter End Yacht Club offers a range of outstanding options for dining, ranging from fine dining experiences to casual fare. Bitter End's landmark water's edge restaurant, the Clubhouse Steak and Seafood Grille serves unrivaled buffets, as well as a la carte menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner along with a 24-hour night cocktail service on the terrace.
The Almond Walk Terrace offers lavishly themed gourmet buffets of authentic Caribbean fare on various nights of the week accompanied by live music by local Caribbean musicians, while the Crawl Pub is the best place to get traditional wood-fired pizza for lunch and dinner. The Crawl Pub also has a full service bar and weekly entertainment. Winston’s Bakery serves freshly baked bread, pastries, and desserts daily, and the Poolside Bar offers a menu of salads and light fare for lunch and late afternoon cocktails.

Weddings & Events
The Bitter End Yacht Club is the perfect location for a romantic tropical island-style wedding with year-round blue skies, white sandy beaches, and azure Caribbean waters. The resort caters for all manners of the occasion, from weddings and receptions to rehearsal dinners, cocktail parties, business brunches and more and can accommodate up to 160 people. Experienced and professional staff will plan and manage all events, which include an array of individual services, activities, excursions and spa treatments if desired. Bitter End Wedding packages include site décor, traditional Caribbean floral arrangements, and photography.
Beautiful venues range from the Wedding Point, which is a private gazebo built on stilts above the clear blue waters that can accommodate up to six guests, to South Beach for a barefoot beach reception and party for up to 10 guests. Unique weddings packages include the Caribbean BBQ Wedding, which involves a seaside ceremony on the beautiful South Beach, followed by a poolside Caribbean-inspired barbecue overlooking North Sound; and a Sunset Cruise Wedding for up to 25 guests, which includes a sunset cruise on the 48-foot catamaran Paranda, a three tier wedding, and a photographer. Couples can also choose a Sunset Pool Wedding with an exchange of vows on the North Sound, followed by a party by the swimming pool and alfresco-style dinner under the stars.
