Chiringo
In Spanish the word “chiringo” is used to describe a type of beach shack serving drinks and tapas. After an inspiring visit to Spain in 2014, Chiringo owner Andy McKoski teamed up with some of his friends to establish his very own version of a chiringo right in the heart of Grayton Beach. The resulting restaurant serves perfect beach-style food prepared from fresher-than-fresh local Gulf seafood and fish, served alongside colorful salads, zesty sauces and your choice of side dishes. You can wash down your meal with an ice-cold beer, cocktail or glass of wine while soaking up the laid-back atmosphere and fresh salt air.

Family Tradition Charters
Way back in the early 1900’s most of the Grayton beachfront belonged to the Butler Family.
When they sold much of their property to the State of Florida in 1985 it was a condition of sale that the Butler family (and other keen fishermen) would retain the right to launch fishing boats off the beach, an activity which the Butler family considered a family tradition. Hence the name of this charter company which invites fishing enthusiasts to join them on a Family Tradition Chartersr. Everything you need for a fun day of fishing is supplied and all you need to do is bring your hat, sunscreen, snacks and drinks.
