Mountain Tap Brewery is a delightful Steamboat Springs brewpub, owned and operated by Wendy and Rich Tucciarone since 2016. The brewery and restaurant taps 12 of its own housemade beers, including its German-style Locals' Lager, Mountain Macaroon nutty brown ale, Current IPA, and robust Paddler's Porter, also available on nitro. A wide variety of wines are also served up, along with Colorado-produced hard ciders and a lineup of non-alcoholic selections. Delicious wood-fired fare includes 12-inch Neapolitan-style pizzas and hearty rustic entrees such as Cornish game hens and whole Rocky Mountain trout. Children's entrees such as mac and cheese and pepperoni wheels are also served up, along with delectable desserts such as campfire-style s'mores and cookies a la mode.
