Occupying nine quiet rooms behind Prince Patio on Palace Avenue, The Shed Restaurant has been a dining institution for over 50 years. Sazon
Sazon is a contemporary Mexican restaurant in Santa Fe, helmed by executive chef Fernando Olea, a staple on the city's culinary scene since the early 1990s.
