Founded in May 2002, the Wildlife Survival Sanctuary performs an essential service for wildlife in distress. Most of the animals in the sanctuary have been taken in when their owners can no longer undertake the complex care required by their exotic pets.

When you visit the sanctuary you will be taken on a tour of the facility and get to see some of their residents. Just a few of the animals which have been given a permanent safe home at the sanctuary include big cats like cougars, tigers, bob-cats, leopard and serval. In addition you may get to see primates, reptiles and even domestic livestock.
