Devils Knob, the state of Virginia’s highest golf course, was designed by Ellis Maples with a challenge of enhancing the stunning setting of the Blue Ridge Mountain. Located at an elevation of more than 3,800 feet, the eighteen-hole golf course features amazing vistas, speedy greens, narrow fairways, and more.

Found at the Wintergreen Resort in Wintergreen, Virginia, Devils Knob is also accessible to registered resort guests, members, and the guests of members. The golf course offers some of the region’s coolest playing conditions during the summer, as well as one of the most dramatic backdrops of mountain foliage during the fall.
